OUR HISTORY
Who we are
Floresta Bem Cuidada was founded in 2004 with the aim of providing services in the areas of preservation, restoration, protection and profitability of forest heritage.
Based in Guarda, it has 80 employees and operates nationally. With more than 90,000 hectares under intervention, it is committed to sustainable operations, in line with the needs of nature and the environment, respecting its natural values and promoting the creation of wealth for future generations.
The internationalization of Floresta Bem Cuidada began in 2008 with forestry work in Spain.
Our evolution
Initially, Floresta Bem Cuidada was dedicated to preparing and monitoring forestry projects, carrying out afforestation and improving forest stands.
Over the years, these activities have been updated: the preparation of projects has been eliminated and solutions in arboriculture, pest and weed control and the restoration of burnt areas have been added

The Well-Tended Forest Foundation
- Creation of the company in Guarda

National Expansion and Consolidation

2011
SME Leader: The company has been distinguished as a Small and Medium-sized Enterprise (SME) Leader for 13 consecutive years, from 2011 until at least 2024.

- Certification process initiated according to ISO 9001 (Quality) and ISO 14001 (Environment) standards
